The city says the Legislative Information Portal provides online access to agendas and documents for formal sessions and standing committees.

The city page also explains that Council meetings may be watched through Channel 10 or online, and it lists options for phone access, Zoom attendance and public comment. Public comment can also be submitted by email according to the city’s instructions.
